Wedding Reception Venue- Vibe Savoy Hotel Melbourne is the perfect place to hold your wedding reception! Whether planning a cocktail reception, a seated lunch or dinner, Vibe Savoy offers a fresh vibrant setting in any of our function rooms. Boasting art deco architecture with handcrafted beaded chandeliers and Victorian silk drapes, the Plaza Ballroom is a truly magnificent venue for celebrating your wedding day.

You will be assured of personal and professional service to make your day memorable from start to finish. We aim to exceed your expectations with each and every request attended to the utmost attention to details.

Wedding Reception Packages- we have a range of packages to make your day unforgettable. Our chefs follow current trends and take pride in providing modern cuisine. We are delighted to accommodate vegetarian or special dietary requirements with advance notice.
 

Reception Packages start from $112 per person. All sit-down dinner packages include:

• complimentary menu tasting for bridal couple

Let’s eat:

• canapés on arrival
• three course alternate serve menu
• four & a half hour beverage package

A little something extra:

• long & low flower arrangement for bridal table
• table centres for all guest tables
• candles for all tables

It’s good to give - our gift to you:

• accommodation on wedding night for the bridal couple

Cocktail reception packages start from $81 per person.

Wedding Package Additions- we are able to arrange additional services which may be added to your package.

• Entertainment- hotel trusted & industry renowned DJ's or Live Bands
• Reception decorations- chair covers, backdrop, table linen
• Floral Centre pieces
• Ice carvings- choose from Swans or Heart shapes

Wedding Accommodation- all reception packages include accommodation in a Suite, a Champagne Breakfast the next day and a late check out.

We are also happy to negotiate a special rate for your Bridal Party & wedding guests who require accommodation to attend your special day.
