Reception Venue - Vibe Hotel North Sydney's Ballroom is the perfect place to hold your wedding reception! Our impressive ballroom with wall-to-ceiling picture windows sets the perfect ambience for a less formal stand up cocktail reception or a traditional three course sit-down dinner.

You will be assured of personal and professional service to make your day memorable from start to finish. On your wedding day, you will receive our undivided attention, regardless of whether your reception consists of 30 or 250 guests.

Wedding Reception Packages - we have a range of packages to make your day unforgettable. We are delighted to accommodate vegetarian or special dietary requirements with advance notice. 
 

Reception Packages start from $69* to $129 per person. All sit-down dinner packages include

Vibe VIP treats:

• sample menu tasting for two people in Curve restaurant
• chocolate dipped strawberries and bubbles on arrival for the bridal party

 

Let’s eat:

• pre dinner hot & cold canapés
  three course alternate serve menu with two dishes per course
• four hour beverage package including:
• standard beers, house red and white wines,
• sparkling wine, soft drinks and orange juice
• bubbles served for the toast

 

A little something extra:

• head table floral centrepiece
• candles on all tables
• individual printed menus on all tables
• dance floor
• room hire until midnight
• parking for up to four cars (subject to availability)
• cake table & knife

 

It’s good to give - our gifts to you:

• accommodation in our bridal suite with late checkout
• champagne breakfast
• anniversary dinner for two in Curve restaurant

Wedding Package Additions- we are able to arrange additional services which may be added to your package.

• Entertainment- hotel trusted & industry renowned DJ's
• Cake Design- staff will meet with you to showcase their beautiful cakes
• Modern Bouquets- guest tables, bridal table & cake table flowers
• Reception decorations- chairs, tables, backdrop, table linen
• Additional menus- cheese, anti pasto platers, children's meals etc

 

Wedding Accommodation - all reception packages include accommodation in a Senior Suite with views of lavender bay, a Champagne Breakfast the next day and a late check out.
