Do I need a credit card to make a booking?
Yes, a valid credit card is required to guarantee your booking. No deposit is transacted on this card, however we reserve the right to apply a deposit. From 1st March 2010, guests that choose to settle their account with any credit card will incur a 1.5% credit card transaction fee. Guests may choose to change the method of payment on check-out to cash or EFTPOS as these methods of payment do not attract this fee. Bookings prepaid online via the Advanced Purchase packages do not incur the credit card surcharge.
What is your cancellation policy?
Unrestricted bookings: You may cancel up to 24 hours prior to the hotels check-in time of 2pm with no charge. Cancellations after this time will incur a one night cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation via this website, it is only a request to cancel. Your reservation will not be cancelled until you receive written confirmation from Vibe Hotels.
Restricted bookings: A restricted bookings is a booking where the full amount of stay is paid in advance by credit card at booking time (eg. Advance Purchase, Stay & Save). Full deposit is not refundable even if the booking is cancelled or modified.
Over special event periods: Vibe Hotels reserves the right to charge full payment of the booking and any cancellation is subject to a full cancellation fee equalling to the total accommodation charge for the intended duration of the stay.
What will I need when I check-in?
You will need a valid credit card in your name which will be used as a guarantee for your accommodation and incidentals during your stay.
Can I arrange an early check-in?
You are welcome to check-in from 2pm, however, should you arrive earlier luggage storage is available and the use of the hotel leisure facilities is welcome. A request for early check-in can be made direct with the hotel however it is not guaranteed. If you would like to guarantee an early check-in the room must be booked for the previous night.
Can I arrange a late check-out?
Your check-out time is prior to 11am. Should you require a later check-out please contact reception on the day prior to your departure to discuss. Alternatively we are able to store your luggage while you continue to utilise the hotel’s leisure facilities.
