You may provide us information in User Content you post to the Service.

When you ask for assistance by contacting Customer Support, we may collect and store the contact information you provide (generally your name and e-mail address), information about your activity on the Service, browser and operating system, and your user ID. We may also store the correspondence and any information contained within.
We may use third-party ad servers or ad networks to serve advertisements within the Service. These third-party ad companies use technology to send the advertisements directly to your browser, and when this happens they automatically receive from your browser (because of the way the web works) your IP address, browser type, etc. They may also use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, etc) to measure the effectiveness of their advertisements and to personalize the advertising content. Additionally, by providing VIBE HOTELS your email address (including by “following,” “liking,” or adding the VIBE “LIKE” COMPETITION application to or within any account you have on Facebook or another third-party website or network, linking your account to the VIBE HOTELS service, or take similar action on Facebook or another third party website or network, or by otherwise providing your email address to us), you consent to our using the email address to send you Service-related notices, including any notices required by law, in lieu of communication by postal mail. You also agree that we may send you notifications (including “push” notifications) of activity on the Service in accordance with any applicable privacy settings. VIBE HOTELS may use certain information about you and/or your User Content internally for purposes such as analysing how the Service is used, diagnosing service or technical problems, maintaining security, and personalizing content.

VIBE HOTELS reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor the User Content you post on the Service. We reserve the right to remove any such information or material for any reason or no reason, including without limitation if in our sole opinion such information or material violates, or may violate, any applicable law or our Terms of Use Agreement, or to protect or defend our rights or property or those of any third party.   1. Cookies

The Service may send “cookies” to your computer when you access the Service. These may be used to improve the quality of our service or to provide us with general usage statistics, and will not be accessed by third parties. A cookie is a standard web mechanism, which consists in a small text file recorded on your hard drive to allow a website to keep information between different visits or page views. Third party ad companies may send and receive their own cookies, but do not have access to ours.

  1. Log files

Log files are commonly used in web servers to record web requests, errors or other information. Access log information is automatically reported by your browser each time you view a web page. We may store, for troubleshooting, analysis or security reasons, some of that information, including but not limited to Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, platform / operating system, browser type, version and language, referring URLs, cookies set by us, etc.

  1. Clear Gifs Information

When you use the Service, we may employ clear gifs (also known as web beacons) which are used to track the usage patterns of our users on the Service. In addition, we may also use clear gifs in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients. The information we collect from clear gifs used in email messages is used to enable more accurate reporting, improve the effectiveness of our marketing, and make VIBE HOTELS better for our users.

Personally Identifiable Information: VIBE HOTELS will not rent or sell your personally identifiable information to others. VIBE HOTELS may share your personally identifiable information with third parties for the purpose of providing the Service to you. If we do this, such third parties’ use of your information will be bound by this Privacy Policy. Customer, email, and other personal data is generally one of the transferred business assets in these types of transactions. If you remove information that you posted to the Service, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages of the Service, or if other Users have copied or saved that information.

VIBE HOTELS cares about the integrity and security of your personal information. We cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to VIBE HOTELS or guarantee that your information on the Service may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any of our physical, technical, or managerial safeguards. The privacy of your personal information may also be affected by changes to the functionality of VIBE HOTEL’S distributors, such as social networks like Facebook, or the failure of privacy settings on such distributors’ platforms. VIBE HOTELS is not responsible for the functionality or security measures of any third party.

The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13 and we do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information we will delete such information as quickly as possible. As stated in our Terms of Service, minors over the age of 13 should only use the Service with the approval of their parents or legal guardian.
